La Tortuga Hotel & Spa was a lovely oasis in Playa del Carmen, with a perfect location just steps from Quinta Avenida. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Caesar and Raffael, which made my stay enjoyable. While I wished the shower water pressure was better and had a few issues with my room, the overall experience was truly relaxing.
